Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Product is not a final sale or clearance item
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Email us with your order number and reason for return.

Ship It Back

We'll provide a return address. Pack the item securely.

Get Refunded

Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/faulty product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products (unless faulty)
  • Free promotional items
