Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Product is not a final sale or clearance item
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Return
Contact Us
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Ship It Back
We'll provide a return address. Pack the item securely.
Get Refunded
Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/faulty product
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products (unless faulty)
- Free promotional items
